Terms of use

1. Purpose

Hydrive, by HybridUs, tax ID [NIF], is a voice assistant service offered by subscription. By using it, the user accepts these terms.

2. Account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping the password and two-factor code secret.

3. Subscription and payment

Access is paid by subscription (per user or per company), charged automatically via Stripe. Payment failures may suspend access.

4. Acceptable use

Using the service for unlawful purposes is forbidden, and it must not be used in a way that compromises driving safety.

5. Third-party keys

A user who enters their own AI service keys is responsible for complying with those services' terms. Sharing spare capacity with colleagues is optional and requires explicit consent; conversations are never shared.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". HybridUs is not liable for damages arising from outages or from AI responses.

7. Termination

The user may cancel at any time; HybridUs may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

Portuguese law applies; jurisdiction is the court of [cidade].
